New approach to Corona measures 29.09.20

On Monday 29 September, new measures to control the corona virus were announced. These measures require an adjustment to our time plan, but for each measure an appropriate solution can be found. These adaptations only work if you, as a guest, think along with us. Fortunately, we have every confidence in this and we assume that the Atelier experience does not have to change for you.

What will change?

The tables were already spacious and the group size was already limited to a maximum of 30 people. It is true that on average, dinner with us only ends around 24.00 hours. So with the new measures we have to "nibble away" for two hours. We came up with some adjustments and solutions. Again, it is exciting to see if everything will work out. What we are going to do:

  1. Early opening hours
  2. One 'surprise menu from the chef': in 3 or 4 courses for lunch on Thursday and Friday, or in 5 to 7 courses for dinner or Sunday lunch.
  3. No time for dessert? With a two-person 'Dessert Pie To Go' you can finish the Atelier experience at home at your leisure.

LUNCH on Thursday and Friday

As long as the restrictions apply, we only serve a surprise lunch menu in 3 or 4 courses for Thursday and Friday lunches. Of course, the menu can be adapted to any special allergy or dietary requirements. (Please let us know in advance, when you make your reservation!)
Reception for lunch on Thursday or Friday is between 12.00 and 12.30 and you can have lunch until 15.00 at the latest.

As long as the "curfew" is in effect, we serve a single Chef's Menu for dinner and lunch on Sunday. The exact menu remains a surprise. Of course there is room for any special allergy or dietary requirements. Please let us know in advance, at the time of your reservation.

Depending on the time of arrival, you can choose between 5, 6 or 7 courses. The doors for dinner will open at 17.00 hours, the outer entrance is 18.30 hours. At 21.45 we have to present you the bill. On Sunday afternoon the time pressure is not so high and the reception is between 12.00 and 14.00.
